Each room is equipped with a minibar with water, drinks and snacks to satisfy your cravings in a comfortable and immediate way.

Cleaning

Room and bathroom cleaning service is provided daily, with a clean set of sheets for each new guest.

Air conditioning and heating

All rooms are equipped with an inverter air conditioner to set your desired temperature. During the winter months, heaters will be added to warm up your rooms event in the coldest days.

Tv

All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and SMART-TV functions for streaming apps: you can just log in to watch the latest contents on Netflix, Prime Video and such. Satellite channels from all around the world will keep you posted on your countries or let you enjoy your favorite shows while far from home.

Breakfast

We serve a typical Italian breakfast, with sweet bakery products and a choice of warm and cold drinks, every day except Sunday morning. You can choose between croissants, various cakes, donuts, apple pies, tarts, seasonal fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread and jams or Nutella. For those who prefer a savory breakfast, we can prepare toasted sandwiches with ham and cheese.

Balcony

Three of our five rooms have a small balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast, relax or simply look at the beautiful sky over Rome. In the kitchen area there is also a small balcony available to everyone.
